At the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2025, two Ukrainian companies made it to the finals in three categories — and came home with outstanding results! 🇺🇦✨
🥉 Simply Contact won Bronze in Best BPO Partnership, surpassing global leaders like Transcom, Concentrix, and Capita.
🥈 VUSO Insurance secured Silver in Best Customer Experience Redesign, outperforming even Booking.com and KFC.
UCCAI President Iryna Velychko had the honour of announcing the winner on stage for the Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers category 💙
